Brittany So

MSc. OT; OT Reg. (Ont.), Psychotherapist

Brittany So is a registered occupational therapist (OT) in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Brittany is the owner and lead OT at Brant Kids Therapy.

Brittany has worked with children and their families as a pediatric occupational therapist in the home, clinic and school settings. She worked as the director of Occupational Therapy at the Red Oak Centre - a multidisciplinary mental health practice for kids before relocating to Brantford . Brittany is excited to be able to provide OT support to families in the Brantford and surrounding areas.

As a therapist Brittany is client and family centred and believes that parents are an integral part of meeting client goals. Brittany brings a warm and playful energy to her therapy sessions.

Brittany has a Masters of Occupational Therapy from McMaster University and a Bachelors of Science, Honors in Kinesiology from McMaster University. She highly values continuing education and has a number of certifications and training. Some of her certifications include: Handwriting without Tears, Therapeutic Listening, Neurodevelopmental Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and DIR Floortime.

When Brittany is not working she spends her time chasing around her two very active toddlers and getting outdoors with her family. She also enjoys learning new arts and crafts with her most recent hobby being embroidery.

Corinne Young

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Corinne is an occupational therapist assistant (OTA) who attended the OTA/PTA program at Mohawk College’s Moh-mac program. She lives in a proudly “neuro-spicy” household, which means she brings real life understanding, creativity, and a whole lot of heart to what she does.

She loves helping people feel confident, capable, and proud of themselves - while making everyday life just a little bit easier (and sometimes more fun along the way). Corinne has training in therapeutic respite and behavioural support, with a strong focus on keeping clients safe, respected, and supported, especially during times of dysregulation.

She is always learning, always growing, and has a special passion for autism - both professionally and personally - as a mom to a daughter with ASD.

When she is not working, Corinne is usually decorating something in her house, soaking up the sun on a walk, or getting lost in a good colouring session.

Brant Kids Therapy is partnered with the Collaborative Approach Therapy Network. This means that Brant Kids therapists collaborate, share resources, problem solve and receive mentorship from a collective of other like minded Occupational Therapists in Ontario to provide the highest quality service.

Other CATS clinic locations can be found in Cambridge, Guelph and Hamilton!
